I’m clearing a place on my desk (Oh, read between the lines. I’m tossing junk in a bag that will be stuffed into a closet and not found for months.) to make room for the fab award bestowed upon me by the lovely LittanyofBritt over at The Littany of Brittany. Thank you!! It’s also a great excuse to send a few dust bunnies {cough, cough} on their way. She created a few awards of her own, and I’m loving this one:
Not only does silver go with everything, but also Duct Tape is just plain awesome. It’s the single most important tool in the garage.
And it looks great with heels.
I don’t even know what that means.
Though, I understand some kids did create prom outfits with Duct Tape:
Well, it’s been an exciting week of firsts here (clearly it doesn’t take much to whip me into a lather). My first giveaway (there’s still time to enter) and now my first official award. A while back, I did get an honorable mention from a blog buddy who has the best name EVER, You’re lucky I Don’t Have a Gun. No, that’s her name. For reals. Well, it isn’t the name on her birth certificate, but it’s how she’s known in blogland, and I think it rocks.
There were no rules attached to this duct tape (Get it? Attached?), but I’d loved to pass along the bloggy love to some fab blogs. I’m sure I’ll forget one that I read regularly and love and leave some poor blogger wounded and trembling in a corner, and for that I’m sorry in advance. Feel free to leave me a flaming bag of something on my doorstep with a note attached that reads, “See if your beloved Duct Tape can get you out of this mess!”
Okay. Clearly I’m in need of some sleep.

I LOVE duct tape- although as I told kim, when I first looked at the picture, I thought it was toilet paper and then I wondered why I got a toilet paper award. Confusion is all cleared up now.
